We spent a long time searching for a dog-friendly rental. I'm so glad we found this cabin. It's fantastic! Fenced in yard, lots of space, and even a super dog-friendly winery nearby. We had such a great time. The property manager is responsive and helpful. We'll be back, for sure.

We booked the cabin for three nights between Christmas and New Years. The booking agent JW was very helpful and responsive to the myriads of inquiries we had. The cabin was fantastic and had more than what we needed in terms of kitchen utensils and items. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the laundry machine wasn't working and the floors and carpets could have been swept and vacuumed between guests. The fire places had ashes left in them. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves fully and enthusuastically recommend the property and real estate company to other families. Advice: bring your own fire wood and char coal for the BBQ grill. The property has a storage space under the deck which was full with fire wood. I wasn't sure if it was for the guests, but even if so, it couldnl't have been used as it was very wet. Also, before driving around, check if the roads and bridges are open. Our GPS took us twice on roads that were closed and we had to waste time making circles and looking for alternate routes. The bridge over the Shenandoah river closest to the house gets closed often, so look for signs along the road.
