We have lived here in Belize since 2004 and have enjoyed every minute of it ! After Ambergris Caye, we much prefer living on the mainland as it allows us to explore by car, and Corozal gives us easy access into the Mexican Riviera up the road.

Our reasons for choosing Corozal are many, including the peaceful atmosphere, the Bay for great morning walks, the proximity to modern services in Chetumal Mexico, the natural hurricane protection given by the Mexican mainland, and the reasonable cost of living. Belize, to our thinking, really is an undiscovered gem. You will so enjoy your stay..
