Garry and I are active semi retired folks. We spend part of the year in our Ballard town home and offer it to guests when we are not there. The Ballard area is just perfect for us. We can walk everywhere and encounter friendly faces as we choose from a myriad of coffee shops, restaurants and even the nearby famous Ballard Locks. The proximity to water with boats and ships to watch and nearby parks and beaches drew us to the area as well as our love of seafood.
