Hi, we're Richard & Michael!
The story of “Villa Polygon Vallarta”
It’s the oldest story in the book, boy meets girlwait that’s the wrong story. This was a case of boy meets boy and falls in love. Well we aren’t exactly boys but no need to give away our age. We’ve both traveled extensively in our younger years and between the two of us we’ve been to almost every Continent.
On our first vacation together we came to Puerto Vallarta and fell in love with the place. After that we traveled to other places but we keep comparing them to our quaint little fishing village by the bay. Hawaii was beautiful, Miami was fun, etc etc but whenever we returned here there was always this warm fuzzy feeling of finding love all over again.
After our 8th visit in 5 years I said to Mike in the taxi on our way to our hotel, “I feel like we’ve come home.” He looked back at me and said, “We have.” We immediately set about looking to buy a place and call it our home, welcome to “Villa Polygon Vallarta”
So about the name, Hi I’m Richard Gonzalez and my husband Michael Polychroniou. I’m ½ Cuban and ½ Spainard. Mike is all Greek. We live and work in San Francisco and our home there we’ve always laughingly referred to as “Casa Polygon” obviously a play on our last names. Whenever we are just hanging out at home we jokingly tell our friends we are at Casa Polygon, so we had to come up with a name for our Pied-d-terre in PV and Villa Polygon just wasn’t enough so Villa Polygon Vallarta was it!
We love it here and if this is your first time visiting I’m sure you’ll fall in love with this charming place. If your returning it’s because you already have. We hope you will enjoy our home for the duration of your stay, as they say “Mi casa es su casa”. Please take good care of her and we hope that you will become repeat friends coming back to visit Villa Polygon Vallarta year after year.
We’ve left this guest book for you to sign, please add your thoughts, any
