Hi, we're John and Barbara!

We live in England, in Lytham St Annes, home of the 2012 Open Golf Championship. We are retired and this has been our family vacation home since being built in 2005. We like to make several trips each year, each one a mixture of enjoyment and improvement at our villa, as we work hard to keep everything up to a high standard. We aim to provide a Special Vacation - a 'home-from-home' - and the independent reviews below show many Guests' appreciation of this, some of their photos on our personal site.

Sandy Ridge is a quiet area with no thru-traffic, yet 10-15 minutes from Disney, along quiet easy roads. It's 5 minutes to the I-4 Interstate, giving easy access to all the other Theme Parks. There's a Publix grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, Pizza Hut & pharmacy - all less than 5 minutes drive at Champions Gate, where there are 2 Greg Norman designed Golf Courses. We are only 15 minutes to the WalMart Superstore on Highway-192, where there is a vast choice of restaurants and shops.

We arrange all the bookings ourselves, never using agents as we wish to keep the villa in top condition for us, our family and our Guests. Alan our Manager takes pride in the homes he looks after, and provides personal attention when needed. Mike our Poolman visits weekly to ensure the pool is kept clean and safe for everyone. Having 4 young grandchildren we make sure our villa is toddler- and child-friendly.
