Hi, I'm Rufus!

This property has been in the family since the 1950's and was purchased from the original owner, Hugh Goodhue, son of the renowned architect, Bertram Goodhue. Hugh was also an architect and designed this house on the brick floor of an old tool shed. It is authentic Spanish hacienda style with beautiful fireplace in the living room and sloped ceiling, french doors at either end to the front and back garden. I use the property during the winter months, but like to rent it from May until the end of December. It is a magical piece of property
