Hi, we're Richard & Helene!
My husband Richard and I have owned are villa for 7 years on Feb 7, 2013. We have lived in the villa during the winter from Oct and leaving in May or June to do other things during the summer. Mostly we like to go to Hawaii or sometimes take road trips here on the mainland.
We have decided to rent our villa to enable us to spend more time with our family in Hawaii. We love it here in Green Valley and hope to return in the future.
