There were 14 of us - ranging in age from 11 months to 65 years. We had a wonderful time. The Vegas vacation that we wanted, our own pool, privacy, and family time. The only awkward part of the house is the family suite. The 8th bedroom is attached to the suite, therefore is not a useable bedroom for another couple. The suite bathroom is odd also because you can't shower unless the entire suite is off limits until you are finished. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you might need. 2 refridgerators (1 in kitchen the other in the garage), an ice maker, blender, coffee grinder, tons of silverware, plates and cups (both glass and plastic). We used the two islands as buffet style eating every night. The kitchen is always the center of any gathering, and it is large enough that no one feels crowded. The back patio is covered, with fans and lights, lots of seating with tables, chairs and lounge chairs. The pool area is also a nice size. A walkway goes around the entire pool. The one negative that I saw for me personally was that because I walk with a walker some of the time, it was difficult for me to get in and out of the pool. There was no railing in the shallow end of the pool. The bedrooms were ample in size, the mattresses were very comfortable. There are several different thermostats to regulate heat/air in different parts of the house. That was very helpful with 14 people!. Sheree and Diana were extremely wonderful to work with. We encountered a few problems, and they were taken care of. I certainly would stay at this Villa again, and recommend it to my friends.
