Hi, I'm Vanessa!

My family rented vacation homes for many years and in 2005 we designed and had our vacation home built for rental. We took the best ideas from the homes we rented and began renting our home in 2006. We are hands on owners who visit the house every three to four months to "deep clean" and touch up paint and look for any areas that may require attention. As a result our home looks brand new and receives comments from our guests about the cleanliness and high standard it maintains.
