Hi, I'm Dee Ann!

Hi there! I have lived in the Phoenix Metro area since 1983. I have owned this property since 1986 and actually miss the area since I moved to Phoenix in 2005. I am originally from Northern Minnesota and absolutely love Arizona. It is a state that has so much to offer in terms of beautiful weather, both desert and green forest mountain landscapes. I own 2 horses a cat and 2 dogs whom I adore. I lead a very active lifestyle and enjoy each minute of every day of my blessed life.

I am self-employed as an Medical, Dental and Life Insurance broker for over 20 years and I just recently acquired my Property and Casualty license and I am also going to be specializing in Equine Medical, Mortality, Farm and Ranch insurance coverage as well as other horse related activities such as trainer liability and event insurance.

I have an extensive background in sales and I firmly believe in providing exemplary customer service. So if you decide to rent my property I will give you a five star resort experience on a reasonable budget.
