When I bought unit 22CD (Tower 2) in Manhattan Parkway Residences, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, I had the intention of living there...that's why I combined 2 studio units into a spacious one bedroom home.
The pre selling condo was turned over to me last August and, while waiting, a 'pearl' came into my life and I have another home, close by to the condowe are renting the condo on short term basis because we love it so much that we go there as often as possible so, when there are no guests around, the condo is not alonehuman energy graces it all through the year.
