The house was spacious and clean. Everything in working order including all electronics and appliances. The hot tub was not usable, but it was not advertised as having one. The kitchen was well stocked with all cookware, glassware, and plates even spices for cooking! The beds were comfortable, but we couldn't get the fouton to fully pull out, but my teen didn't mind since it was still comfy. Use of various community pools and lake access with paddle boats was included in the amenity package which was great! Bring your own equipment if you want to use the tennis courts and/or bacci ball courts. This house suited our purposes well as there were six people and everyone had plenty of space and things to do inside and outside the community. We hiked the gorgeous Bushkill Falls while there as well as part of the AT. We also went horseback riding. There was never a shortage of things to do and the house has a very thorough brochure rack of activities and restaurants in the area. As a single mom on a budget, this vacation was a hit!
