Hi, I'm Scott!

Pam and I are pre-retirement. We look forward to traveling between Oregon, Florida and Maine in future years.

We've offered our homes in Maine and Florida for vacation rental for many years, often to repeat guests who love our places almost as much as we do. Our wonderful new condo in Seaview Place at Gulf Landings has a limited rental history, but the reactions have been positive. We can provide references from past tenants not shown here, on request.

We are hard working and genuine. We love the environment and enjoy leisure time being closer to nature. Thank you for viewing our page and considering sharing a wonderful bit of Florida with us.

Here is my property:

Gulf Harbors Beach Club membership privileges are included with rental.

A Great Find !!!

This is really a beautiful condo. It has a great layout, allowing a lot of privacy for everyone. Everything is new (I love that) so the kitchen and baths and appliances are all a pleasure to use. The beds are super comfortable. Everything is very high quality. Being on the top floor of a 9 story building is great. The view from the balcony is awesome; I loved sitting there in the morning with a cup of tea, watching the wildlife. Which, coming from New York, was incredible to do in December! The weather is spectacular! Very helpful and responsive maintenance people in the building (which is really well kept and pretty) for deliveries and such. Lots to do in the area. We ate out a lot and there was a good selection of restaurants close by, as well as lovely parks and beaches. Many local, interesting 'tourist' places, too that you could drive to for a day's outing. In fact, downtown New Port Richey itself was quaint and fun, with the area along the river particularly picturesque. We definitely hope and plan to come back and stay here again as we truly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone.
