Lovely, reasonably priced condo rental.

Beautiful property area and EXCELLENT value. Mr. Sideris was quite amicable and helpful. The place itself is perfect for two people, as it's two bed, two bath with all the extras. A few touchups could make it shine a bit here and there (fans dusted, excess mold in downstairs bath's grout removed, fan upstairs in bedroom loft area didn't seem to work), but they're minor, and with a consistent stream of renters every week, one set right after the other, I can see how it would be difficult to get EVERYTHING done all at once in so short a timeframe. We had a lovely stay, and the extras were nice (umbrella, beach towels, beautiful bathtubs, etc). As for the resort locale itself, not the property condo (which was quiet and nice), it was beautifully maintained but quite noisy and crowded. Also, we didn't realize that the beach would be virtually taken over by the resort chair/umbrella rentals. They took over the entirety of the HD beach area. When my friend and I set up our own chairs and the umbrella, we were told by the smirking attendant to put our umbrella down because we were "blocking the view of the guests" (meaning, the chair renters and resort tower condo renters). I thought we were guests, too, as we were renting a place on the resort property as well. When we were told we could set up our umbrella "between the horseshoes" (the chairs were arranged that way), we couldn't believe it at all as there was NO ROOM BETWEEN the "horseshoes" to possibly set up any sort of beach umbrella. Something needs to be done about those chair rental scammers, taking up all of the beachfront, and limiting the view for EVERYONE on the HD property.
