We selected this site because we like to be on our own to sight-see, fish,shop,cook,etc.We get tired of eating in restaurants, especially when fresh fruit, vegatables and seafood are so readily available. If you're looking for someplace to lay around and watch the kids splash about in a pool while someone brings you fancy drinks,or a party-spot to enjoy the island nightlife, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for peace & quiet and are willing to venture out a bit for groceries, etc., you'll likely be very pleased.Bike rental is suggested. The owner and Grounds Mgr./Asst. live on site and are most accomadating. Grounds Mgr. Nelson is a very polite young man who knows the island well and can refer you to the best local "real food" He was happy to cut fresh coconuts for my wife regularily(grown on the property). There is even a small banana tree growing by the back patio door. A small, home-made charcoal grill is available and works great. No complaints - Just Go!!
