The Painted Lady (#2767)

In August 2007, our family (eleven persons)rent two cottages for one week and it was a happy and relax vacation for everyone. We were charmed by the spirit of these old houses and really had all the space needed. The children LOVED the lake and everything around it, especially fishing and canoeing. We went to the ocean a couple of times but they were always in a hurry to come back to the cottages!The small restaurant at the corner of the street permitted to the adults to taste all kind of coffees, making a good start for the day.Only one thing to improve: the heat go up and stay in the bedrooms, making the nights difficult in the hot part of the summer.
