Charming Guest House (#35911)

The guest house was immaculate, and very nicely decorated and furnished with a cute nautical/beach theme. It included beach towels, comfortable beach chairs and queen size sheets (since we didn't have any they were nice enough to include this). The owners are lovely and helpful with recommendations on local attractions. Wifi included was a plus for us and decent cell reception. 1 mile from the beach (not so walkable if you want to bring a bunch of things to the beach, otherwise, it is). Weekly beach parking pass costs $50. Firm queen size bed. Nice coffee maker. Would have enjoyed having a DVD player (just VHS in the house). Books and mags on Cape Cod for your use in the home. Good water pressure in large shower stall. Lovely view of yard with pond, and cute hammock to chill out on. Quiet. It's a good location for exploring the Cape, kind of central. Highly recommend this guest house. The two of us stayed but could sleep 3 easily with the pull out couch (or even 4)
