BEAUTIFUL BRAND NEW REHOBOTH BEACH TOWNHOME (#25107)

The home itself is....BEAUTIFUL! The appliances are new including the washer and dryer (nice touch). The community is so new units are being built but the community has a WONDERFUL private pool nestled in the corner of the development - close enough to walk but far enough from peering eyes. The pool had floats, balls, etc. available for everyone to use along with restrooms and a water fountain (clever). The home has two outdoor decks (1st and 2nd floor) that were relaxing places to sit and chat and paln the evening or let ones food digest while looking at the stars. The beds were new and the layouts worked perfectly. My wife and I usually don't have comfortable sleep anyplace other than home but that was not the case here....we slept like overtired toddlers (i.e. nice, through the night, and work up smiling). Our children used the internet connection, the board games, and the assortment of good books. They also had use of the FLAT SCREEN TVS (envy alert). The decorations are comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. They even keep coolers, and beach chairs, in the closet. Also, they have a wonderful outdoor grill which saves money AND you don't have to wait for 1-2 hours to get a seat - just choose a deck and the chair....is yours. The owners/etc. are FIRST RATE.
