The location of the flat is great. We took the tube from the airport no problem. This is the 2nd flat we stayed at in London that Su is partners with and they've both been very comfortable. Both Cynthia and Su provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and when we contacted Su with questions she always got back to us with the answer. We had a luggage delay and the mananger of the resturant - Takari received and kept it for us until we returned from dinner. We would stay here again if ever in London.
