Furnished 2 / 2.5 Condo Waterviews From Every Room (#33853)

We just returned from staying at this lovely condo in Bal Harbour. It was spacious, with a direct view of the inter-coastal way (no ocean view). The location is great, as it's close to South Beach/Downtown, as well as the north beaches and Ft. Lauderdale. Be aware that there is no DVD player or stereo system in the main living room. Valet parking during the day (at no charge), and free outside parking at night in a well-secured area. The pool area was very nice, and the beach is directly behind the complex including the nice beach walk. One king bed and one queen bed. Pillows need to be replaced (including adding some for the king bed). Publix grocery store approx. 1/2 mile to the south, and Aventura mall just to the north with several restaurants. Overall the place is great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
