We were overall pleased wit hthe home and the amenities of the home both inside and home. The master bedroom suite, bathroom and balcony were out of this world. The master bedroom is upstairs however. The house is very spacious and our party of 8 people had plenty of room and privacy. The gorunds and landscaping were in perfect shape and well manicured. As for location you can not beat this place as it is near everything. Desert Ridge the hot spot in the area is right across the street and there is a shuttle bus right on the corner of their house that goes by every 30 minutes free of charge to take anyone to the Desert Ridge Mall area. The owners were more than accomodating taking care of a couple of extra things that we felt we needed in the home at no extra charge and were done immediatley on request. Bottom line if I have a party of 6 -8 people in the future I will be sure to rent this home again. There pricing is more than reasonable for the surrounding area.
