Additional Comments:
We rented this place because it was large enough to fit our family, and we have a child in a wheelchair. It was very convenient, perfect size, comfortable - plenty of room - walking distance to the beach. I'll definitely rent it again if it's available.
TWO CAVEATS: I would not count on the queen size sofa bed at all, as it caved in (mattress fell through the frame onto the floor) when my 140-lb son lay down on it. Also, the house is not 100% handicap accessible. You can get a wheelchair in if you lift it up a step or two, and you can get it through the downstairs, but NOT INTO THE BATHROOM. A WHEELCHAIR WILL NOT FIT THROUGH THE DOOR. You need to be able to lift the handicapped person. Also the bathroom drain doesn't close, so they cannot have a bath. There is a hand-held shower in the downstairs bathroom, which worked out fine. I only say this because it is necessary to be prepared when traveling with a person in a wheelchair. We lifted our daughter and it worked out fine, but she is only 40 lbs.
The owners are very professional, cool, and friendly people. I would recommend this nice place to anyone, but if you're traveling with handicapped people, just know what to expect.
I hope to return next year.
