Oceanfront 5* Resort:Private Balcony, Free Bar (#2435)

Hi, We had a great time. The BOB was really cool, though not long enough. Weather was pretty good. Cancun was lovely and not very crowded (running about 50% when we were there). Tell people to bring their paperbacks with them as they cost $13 or more to buy, yikes... The resort is kind of a mixed bag although overall very enjoyable. Minuses - check in was kind of a hassle. For the future, tell your people to reference your name at check in (& they may need to do it off and on getting towels or restaurant too) and tell them what color wrist band they should get (ours were white) and to always double check they are getting the discount at the restaurants and for trips, etc. Pluses - the members bar was nice to have, good pool, corner room was great, location was great, excellent housekeeping service, fine beach, kitchen that you could actually cook a meal in. Also, the staff was incredibly nice. We would stay here again. Thanks Karen and break a leg!
