BEAUTIFUL CONDO (#20778)

This condo is clean & modern with all amenities you could possibly need as in the pics. I stayed here for about 3 months & was very satisfied. The owner, Jose, is prompt, courteous & helpful, making sure everything is in order. All in all a great guy. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The location is fantastic; we are talking about walking distance to a great spot on the beach & a park, supermarkets, stores, a nice library(!) & nice restaurants up & down the block & South Beach nightlife just a short distance away. The really nice Aventura Mall is close by too & Bal Har. Shops. I couldn't have been more happy with the place. It suited my needs perfectly. When I come back to Miami & I definitely will, this is the place I want to be. If I want the ritz of South Beach I can get it - If I want my own quiet spot on the beach I have that too. Perfect.The apartment will room up to 4 people comfortably & is in a secure environment. I can only recommend as you will not be disappointed.
