Gentle Breezes Home in St Augustine Beach (#34656)

This is a comfortable, homey vacation rental in a peaceful residential neighborhood. The beach and the Intracoastal Waterway are easy walks of 4-5 short blocks, and there is a small salt-marsh conservation area across the street. The second-floor living area is open and roomy with comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV and an enclosed porch sitting/reading/play area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped (but no dishwasher in spite of the listing), with a conveniently located dining area. Bedrooms have comfortable queen-sized beds but are a bit short of drawer storage. Large laundry/storage room and huge garage (with opener) comprise the first level, with a new gas grill and lots of room for bikes, canoes, or other "toys." The area is two blocks from a a beautiful Catholic church and a short drive from grocery stores and the local library branch. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy, direct 15-minute drive. We will be back in '10 for an even longer stay in this delightful
