This property was nice and ideally located to get to all points on the Cape. The property offers a very nice back yard that is shaded and cool with the convenience of an outside shower. The neighborhood is friendly and helpful for strangers getting to know the area. Some minor cosmetic changes and small repairs would improve looks dramatically but very nice.
