South Beach Appartment the Best of Miami Beach (#39177)

The location is great because it's in between Lincoln Road and Hispanola Way. Both are beautiful streets to experience as you walk towards the beach. The neighborhood is also nice. Furniture style is also modern. Price is also good for south beach. The only bad things were that (1) the floors were dirty so you would need to wear sandals constantly otherwise your feet would get black. I wish I had brought my mop and chemicals. (2) the carpet needs to be cleaned (3) the air conditioning doesn't distribute cold air evenly because of the poor location. (4) Parking is very expensive in south beach and is not included in the apt. I paid over $120 for parking just for a week. (5) materials to cook only include 2 small pots and a spatula. But grocery stores are located all along Collins Ave so you can buy dish detergent, plastic garbage bags, and other things. (6) you will need to bring your own beach towel I do greatly appreciate the kindness of staff though
