We rented the 2 bedroom. It was new and spotless and had everything we needed. Close to all amenities and Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel. Connie and Tom are the best, and we have had many rentals over the years so are able to compare. Would certainly utilize their apartment again. Highest recommendation on value for your money!
