Home Away From Home With Beach Access (#29830)

I have young children and every year we have included Buckroe Beach in our vacation plans. This year we decided to extend ourselves and to stay at the beach for a week. This house was so great we'll stay there again next year and probably for many years to come. It was as described, we had no problems with any of the appliances or air or anything. The owner was great, even called to make sure we had everything we needed and to make suggestions about things to see in the area. The house is nicely appointed so we felt safe, comfortable and right at home. They even had great books on the nightstand! It is true the 4th bedroom is really a TV room but that was not a problem. I'd say the only drawback is the yard is not fenced. I would have liked for my young children to be able to play outside in the yard but I hesitated because the street was busy. Although you can walk to the beach, we drove to avoid the traffic. Plus we had beach chairs and kids hands to hold.
