Gaslamp Condo near San Diego Convention Center (#23281)

Although we paid a moderately higher price than quoted in the online ad, it was worth it especially with two young kids. Some minor glitches here and there, like missing can opener and laundry detergent, but overall we loved it and it would be hard to beat this in a typical hotel setting. We usually stay in vacation rentals and this one is up there with the greats. Underground parking access is key with two spots which came in handy when friends stopped by on a weekend night. Proximity to amazing food and drink in gaslamp was very exciting. Close to freeways and major attractions like zoo, seaworld, maritime museum, seaport village, etc. Bathrooms and bedrooms are well sized. VCR T.V. in guest room seems a bit Jurassic. Kitchen is awesome, very modern. The photos don't do it justice. It's a quiet setting despite being next to serious nightlife. Air con. & laundry works very well. Left wanting: High speed internet access would be nice. Pool is kind of small.
