As the mom of small kidlings let me share with you the "beauty" of this unit. Affordability (you will have some money left over for golf, water parks, boardwalk rides!) Ocean Front Location means no towing our cuties across busy streets. Northside Park just up the street with bayside views (sunsets are magnificent, so you can actually squeeze in a little romantic moment with hubby). Pool (you have one of God's greatest creations out there..the ocean...but our little cherubs just can't resist a dip in the pool)! Parking space is right outside the pool, so we just load our beach supplies and pool supplies right in the car before heading up to the unit. The unit itself is bright, clean, and well maintained. NO broken appliances, broken chairs,ripped cushions and the like (we have seen it all)! Lovely unit. The ocean-bay breezes and the sound of the Atlantic Ocean will leave you relaxed and joyful!
