Our vacation home was really nice--very spacious for our ten people (4 of which were small children). The only negative was due to tap water not being available for several hours after our arrival--necessitating our buying ice and drinking water for the entire weekend. That certainly wasn't the fault of the owner, but it was inconvenient and a bit more costly. The club house/pool areas were very nice for swimming, etc.
