This apartment is a great "home base" to see NYC from. It's just steps from the subway and there is shopping near by. There is a grocery story less than 1 block away and many drug stores in the area if you need anything. Union Square is 2 blocks away and has a great market on the weekend. The area seemed very safe.
Brian (the renter) was great to deal with. He was always available by phone or text message to answer any questions in a very timely manner.
For the price this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm back in NYC.
