We spent one week -2 adults , 3 child ( 18 , 15 , 9) -
PROS =
Great area:5' from Central park , many restaurants and shops around .
Kitchen and bathroom small but ok.
CONS = dusty (allergies..)
Only 1 real queen bed ( others are air beds) and pull out couch not usable as a bed.
One small window only and a pb of air circulation despite air conditioning , at least in summer times.
