This property is a must for anyone on a tight budget who enjoys large spacious rooms and a perfect location (shopping and the beach all within a 2 minute walk) The set-up is very convenient. A ground floor bedroom which was perfect for my parents which also has a walk out to a small garden area. The living area comprised the second floor complete with a very nice kitchen and appliances, along with a nice dinig area. The top floor has two very nice bedrooms, each with their own bath. We would definitely rent this Villa again.
