We found the apartment to be situated in the perfect location; easy to access all points of interest on foot or on the excellent public transport system. The apartment itself, though small, was clean, warm and contained everything we required. We met the owners briefly but were assured that we could call them at any time if there were problems - there were none. We were there during snow storms and cold winds and still had a great time - it must be lovely when all the parks around are green. One tip - we did not use the expensive parking garages close to the apartment but found that by parking further north on the west side, we could get a much better deal.
