DELIGHTFULLY DIFFERENT DUNEDIN VACATION RENTAL (#39525)

This house is beautifully situated in Dunedin, close to the water and close to the Blue Jays spring training stadium. We were an extended family of 5 that stayed in the house. It was extremely comfortable, quiet and came with fresh grapefruit (from the tree in the front yard). The owner has remodeled the house and although the house is 1200 sf, it seemed much bigger. The kitchen is beautiful in oak with bars on both sides to sit and talk while eating or cooking. The beds were very comfortable and the sleeper sofa was too. The owner has left nice extras like a juicer for the grapefruit, coffee, tea, filters, paper towels, sugar, artifical sweetener, wine openers, playing cards, information about the area, and many pots and pans. We had 10 people over for dinner and it was easy. The screened porch was our breakfast area in the morning and where we sat in the evening. I highly recommend this property. Dunedin is a fabulous area with lots to do. The house is a terrific bargain.
