We had a great time. The house had everything that was listed and then some. The family that owns the house couldn't be nicer. A quiet neighborhood, with the owners of the home living next door. We would recommend this stay to anyone and plan on returning next year. The location is perfect between two beautiful beaches and nestled in the great little town of Newburyport with so many things to do so close by. The family gave some great recommendations of things to do which made searching for the best spots all that much easier.
