We had a group of 7, 2 adults and 3 teenagers and all of us had a wonderful time. The facility is beautiful, very clean, everything was like new! The lay out of the townhouse allowed plenty of privacy for everyone and plenty of gathering areas to get together and have fun. Our view was great and we had a wonderful time on the water and at some of the local restaurants, and also enjoyed the sand volleyball and campfire. I highly recommed this location.
