1204 is an awesome condo. Great view, nice decorations, 12th floor, garage parking, two umbrellas, washer and dryer. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Rick's Crab Trap in the lounge is AMAZING. Best crab cakes ever. Pat is wonderful to work with too!
