We found the condo to be quite spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The unit was a 1st floor unit facing the conservation area. We found it to be very quiet the 2 weeks we were there. The weather was in the 70's and 80's the last 2 weeks in March so the pool was a comfortable temperature. We spent quite a bit of time at Sea World and swam with the Dolphins at Discovery Cove which was only 20 minutes away. Disney World was an easy 10 or 15 minute trip. Although Tuscana seemed secluded it was close to everything we wanted to do this trip, plus easy access to grocery store and a Walgreens. May consider going back again next year.
