Very nice house. We had no problems whatsoever, in fact, the hot tub was broken upon my arrival, but the owner had left a note promising to fix it in the AM, and he did. Other than that, everything was exactly as advertised. I would definetly rent this house again for my next trip to Tampa.
Overall, I give it a 9 out of 10.
