Rico's Villa - A dream vacation home (#2868)

The house was spacious and allowed our big family to have their space, I could not imagine my wife and I having 5 kids ranging from 2 to 20 in a cramped hotel or even a suite and still pay more money than this very nice home. The little kids loved the pool, the older ones listened to music in the garage game room (Pool Table, Air Hockey and Fooseball)while dad enjoyed the 54" big screen and the BBQ. Mom even liked having the convenience of doing laundry and packing light for our 7 day trip. The owners were very prompt and polite in all their communications by phone and email. I especially liked the lock box at the house versus driving to a management company somewhere else to pick up a key like some other rental homes require. This home is 10-15 minutes west of Disney using the 1.00 toll road (well worth it). A SuperWal-Mart is less than mile away in case you forgot something and they have a huge selection of Disney gifts. I miss the Disney meal plan, but it was worth the trade off.
