This is one of the most convenient locations I have stayed at in NYC.
The apartment is very cozy,clean and homey. The building has a doorman and a laundry room in the bsmt. Brian the renter is one of the nicest people you will meet. He is always available to answer any questions or needs you may have. By the way did I mention the price its awesome for a 1bdrm apt with laundry and doorman. Brian i will see again next year, I am hooked.
