Paradise on the lake (#28279)

I just returned from a tour of duty to the Middle East. Desiring to reunite with my family away from the distractions of home, I discovered this charming lake house searching the internet. Not only was it the perfect size for our family of six, it was clean and in great shape. The paddled kayaks and raced each other across the north end of the lake. We played ping pong and board games when we weren't outside. We grilled steaks and pork chops on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets. After dark we gathered around the outdoor fire pit and made smores. There was plenty to do in the area as well. We drove to a nearby orchard where macintosh apples were ripe and ready for picking. We also drove up to Moxie Falls for a picnic, and on up to Jackman. The leaves were just beginning to turn, making the lovely landscape that much more beautiful. It was the most relaxing vacation I've had in years. You can bet that we'll be back next year & beyond to rent this wonderful lake ho
