Lovely Self-Catering Holiday Rental in Athens, June 8, 2009

I stayed here with my husband and infant son and was very happy with the comfort of this bright, roomy apartment and with owner's hospitality.
POSITIVES:
1) Excellent location. Under 10 minute walk to subway with major stations Monostiraki and Syntagma a couple of stops away. We often walked 30 min to Plaka and major museums. Some nice eateries (Cross restaurant), bakeries, good supermarkets, and hospitals are around the corner. Also, the building is in a safe and quiet location.
2) Apartment is very clean with all basic requirements met from free internet connection, TV, great music selection, some English TV channels available, appliances, comfortable bed(s), nice linens, clean dishes and cookware, and, small terrace.
3) Owner is extremely, extremely helpful and very sweet.
4) Price.
NEGATIVES:
We didn't find any as all of our expectations were met.
OVERALL:
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to Aphrodite's Nest.
