Las Palomas Golf Resort Condo for Rent and Sale (#39682)

We enjoyed our visit although the AC did not work. After many phone calls to the main desk, we were told the owner would be contacted to receive authorization to replace a broken part. However, we soon found out, the resort had prior authorization but didn't follow through with the owner's request. I believe the resort needs to do more to keep guests happy and the OWNERS happy, as well. Had the AC been working properly, our experience could have been a 5-star.
