nice cottage on the water, October 30, 2009

We stayed in cottage no.1 which was comfortable overall! The fishing pier was directly across the street, only about 100 feet from the cottage. Unfortunately the cottage also sat very close to the busy street making it difficult to sleep at night. The bed was very comfortable and the cottage was clean. Maggie is very nice and we had no problems (except traffic). The next time we stay we will probably give up some of the convenience for a little more quiet. The cottages are centrally located to restaurants, fishing, down -town, and area attractions. Rockport is a wonderful little town but is primarily for fishing! Not much else to do.
