We rented this place with 3 families from college and had a great time...the beach levels were low, but once you walked out past grass, the water was nice. The deck & sunsets were awesome and we had lots of fun riding our atv on the trails across rode. Very spacious house with nice accomendations...lots of room to roam & spread out. Lots of things for the kids to do with water, sand, toys, and volleyball/beach. Would reccomend highly!
