Black Mountain Cabin (#27879)

The cabin is actually named "Abalone," and it is a very appropriate name. The abalone shell is plain on the outside but hides beautiful pearly tones. Such is the case with this cabin. We had a very nice weekend there. The place has beautiful natural accents and is wonderfully renovated. If you hate highway noise, reconsider: the highway is clearly evident by the sound but not by sight. But if you want easy access to Asheville, there it is. The woods are beautiful and the cabin is isolated and private. There is no fireplace or woodstove, but we watched a great movie and the heat worked well! I would definitely stay there again. Abalone: the beauty is inside. The owners are acommodating and very nice. It's a good place, with a good vibe. We had a very good weekend there.
